Tri-CoGo Earns Positive Results on Customer Satisfaction Survey

We’re proud to announce that Tri-CoGo has earned a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 91 in 2025 – up from a score of 90 last year! NPS is a customer satisfaction score measured by asking, “Based on your overall experience with us, how likely are you to recommend Tri-CoGo to your friends and family?”. Over 98% of Tri-CoGo customers responded favorably. The national average NPS for large internet providers is just -3. That means our members rate us among the very best in the country for satisfaction and loyalty.

Also prevalent in the survey results was the appreciation for Tri-CoGo’s pricing. Over 75% of respondents said that stable and transparent pricing was a reason they chose and trusted Tri-CoGo. Nationally, 59% of internet customers report feeling deceived by unfair or unethical pricing tactics that involve changing prices. By contrast, Tri-CoGo prices have remained unchanged and consistently fall below the national average at every tier.
